We had an issue with getting the following error message when trying to reset the PC
"There was a problem when resetting your PC. No changes were made."
This was due to an issue with build 2004 of Windows 10. To fix this, open up an elevated command prompt and enter in the following command. To open an elivated command prompt, type CMD into the start menu, right click on the Command Prompt app and click 'Run as Administrator'
