Here is how to enable Flash in Chrome
Enable In Chrome
Since the end of December, Chrome, Edge, Safari and other major browsers no longer support Adobe Flash.
An option is to use a third party extension called Ruffle. Ruffle is a Flash Player that runs on all modern operating systems.
Process
- Download Ruffle from here
- Unzip the archive by right clicking on the downloaded file and selecting Extract All (in Windows)
- In the Chrome address bar, type in "chrome://extensions/" without the speech marks.

- Enable Developer mode (in the top right hand side)

- Click the Load unpacked button and select the folder you extracted before

- You can now visit the the flash page with your web browser and view the flash
Note: Ruffle currently doesn't support ActionScript3 which is required in some SWF applications. ActionScript3 was created in 2006, most of the SWFs created before then will work however a lot of SWFs that have been created since then may not work.
